QZQ-1200 Bridge Cutting Machine - Tombstone or Monument Stone Cutter

Fully controlled by industrial computer, this machine is stable and reliable. It can work automatically by program, and manual operation is also available.  It is ideal equipment for cutting small block and curbstone, especially for tombstone and monument.

Mechanical system

1. Wide-span crossbeam, multi-block cutting available

2. Double-crossbeam, made of strong cast iron to avoid distortion after long-term use

3. Dustproof design of the slide track ensures the precise guide movement & long lifespan

4. Precise movement of cutting head in horizontal direction by precision rack & gear

5. Guide rail on the crossbeam is in oil bath and protected from water and dust

Electrical system

1.  Cross movement of the cutting head on the crossbeam is driven by motor equipped with OMRON rotary encoder by which the precision is guaranteed

2. Installed with PANASONIC frequency transducer and OMRON PLC, programmable and fully automatic, stability and flexibility guaranteed
